Pediatric Feeding Group at the WSU Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic

Oct. 23, 2019 -- The American Association for Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE) recently presented Wichita State’s Susan Norton with the 2019 AAACE Presidential Award for Exceptional and Innovative Leadership in Adult Continuing Education, an award given to someone who demonstrates exceptional and innovative leadership in the field of adult continuing education.

Oct. 18, 2019 - Achita Muthitacharoen, professor of management information systems, recently won the 2019 Faculty Risk Taker award for her willingness to try new, innovative ideas. She holds a competition in her dynamic programming course that allows students to experience a real-world assignment.

Oct. 3, 2019 -- Beginning in fall 2021, first-year freshmen will be required to take one first-year seminar course for introduction to life at Wichita State. The courses will not be required for returning or transfer students, but are encouraged for those new to WSU.

Sept. 25, 2019 - Agent Ink Apparel has partnered with Wichita State to become the official outfitter for WSU Varsity Esports. They recently delivered custom jerseys to the team and released the final design on social media.

WSU Libraries donor Mike Smith recently received a special lifetime achievement award from the National Weather Association for nearly 50 years of creative and innovative service in the field of meteorology.
